The Bamboo Vacation Rental has two double beds that sleeps 1 to 4 guests. Six (6) night minimum stay required. We do not accept bookings for less than six nights.
1 or 2 guests:The 3rd & 4th guest are $5 per person per night.

* = All nights must be consecutive and at the same condo. Nights previously stayed cannot be applied toward this discount. If you wish to extend your stay PRIOR to check-in, qualification of this discount is possible if the nights are available.
The above price quote INCLUDES EVERYTHING, ALL CHARGES AND FEES except your $250 refundable reservation/security/damage deposit. The deposit is a separate charge from your rental payment quoted above and will be refunded 24-48 hours after check-out per the Security/Damage Deposit policy in the contract.
Your refundable deposit and a signed contract are required to hold your reservation. Full payment of rent is due 30 days prior to check-in. A courtesy payment reminder will be emailed to you. If booking on short notice, full payment will be due the same day to hold your reservation. Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out is before 10am. Until reservation is confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
