Clean studio vacation rental with lanai in the heart of Waikiki. Quiet city view on 5th floor and facing away from traffic noise. Accommodates two guests.

Sparkling amenities include one double bed, a leather sofa, fully equipped kitchen area with small appliances, private bath and vanity, color cable TV with remote, free in-room wireless or cable internet access, DVD player & library of movies, air conditioner, linens, bath towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and a boogie board for fun at the beach.

The condo comes equiped with 4 bath towels, 2 beach towels, 3 hand towels, 2 face towels, 1 flat sheet, 1 fitted sheet, 3 pillows, 3 pillow cases and a comforter.

The newly remodeled kitchen area has a small refrigerator and freezer, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, an electric hot plate, rice cooker, crock pot, dishes, glasses and utensils.

A vacuum, broom and some other basic cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience during your stay.

In the lobby you will find a 24 hour convenience store and an internet cafe. Laundromat services are available in the same building. Many restaurants are nearby including La Cucaracha (Mexican), Keoni's (Thai), Hawaiian style plate lunch, Hys Steakhouse, Burger King, Round Table Pizza, Subway, Perry's Smorgy Buffet, Denny's, Chili's and McDonald's.

Car, motorcycle, moped and bicycle rental facilities are next door; Kahala Rentals and V.I.P. Car Rentals. A bus stop is next door. A supermarket "The Food Pantry" is located a few blocks away on the corner of Kuhio and Walina.

Free wireless and cable internet access provided in the condo. Use your wireless capable computer or plug-in to our router. If you are not bringing a computer on your vacation, the internet cafe charges $1 plus tax for each 10 minutes.

Feel secure! The condo sports an in-room programmable-code safe (large enough for purses and notebook computers). Security cameras are in the lobby and elevators. The elevators are secured only allowing access to registered guests and a security guard is on duty all night.

One long or three short blocks from Waikiki Beach depending on which road you take. About a three minute walk.

Parking is available in the building for $12 per day. Free street parking can sometimes be found on Ala Wai Blvd.

For your enjoyment, our condos are smoke free vacation rentals. Smoking is NOT allowed in the vacation rental or any of the common areas. No pets.

Waikiki is about 25 minutes from the Honolulu International Airport by car. Group shuttles are available to and from the airport for about $8-$9 each way. Taxi cabs are about $30 each way.
